The Parts of Me Practitioner Collection gives you a picture book, printable activities, cards and session ideas that sit inside play, conversation and creativity, so the book becomes a shared third point in the room rather than a programme to complete.

A short look at the story, the cards and the session ideas, and how practitioners bring them into their work.

Many children find it hard to talk about what is happening inside them, especially when the words are about themselves. A story, a character or a card can hold the conversation until the child wants to come closer.
Parts of Me is written by an IFS trained therapist to sit alongside the way you already work. The story stays with the characters for as long as a child wishes, the activities move between drawing, play and movement, and the Practitioner Companion keeps the relationship at the centre.

Characters and cards let a child explore feelings and reactions at a distance, and come closer only when they are ready.

Art, play, puppets, movement, sound and story give children more than one language, so talking is never the only door in.

You may share the files with the clients you personally support, and the session ideas show how to pass on one page, card or idea that the child has chosen.
Everything is a PDF in your own members area, ready to use in your sessions and to share with the clients you personally support.

The full illustrated story of the superhero team inside every child, ready to read together one page or the whole book at a time.

28 pages of activities and worksheets for drawing, making, pretending and wondering, licensed for you to use with the clients you personally support.

Cards such as A Part That Worries and A Part That Wants to Be Brave help children notice which part is showing up and get curious about what it is trying to do.

Gentle ideas for movement, sensory noticing, rest, connection and settling, such as I Can Feel My Feet and I Can Shake Out Some Energy. Always optional.

A gentle guide to meeting the child with curiosity, welcoming protection, honouring what a child creates and working alongside parents and caregivers. Not a clinical manual.

Playful ways to use the materials: four pathways, art table and playroom ideas, movement and sound, and five ready to use session adventures.

A gentle guide to choosing, printing and using everything, with a simple chooser for when you are not sure where to begin.

Five research informed guides that bring together child development, IFS and nervous system perspectives, so the language in the story carries into everyday moments.

Your licence is for one named practitioner. Use the materials in your own therapeutic and support work, and share the files with the clients you personally support.
Other practitioners need their own licence, and the files are not uploaded to an organisational system. When a practice buys several licences together the price comes down, and you invite each practitioner by email so everyone has their own login.
Choose the number of licences on the right and the price updates as you go.
The full wording is on the licence terms page.

Yes. A practitioner licence lets you share the files with the clients you personally support. It does not extend to other practitioners, or to uploading the files to an organisational system.
No. The materials are written so that you do not need specialist knowledge to begin, and the Practitioner Companion explains how to offer them gently. If you are IFS trained, you will find the language familiar.
No. The Practitioner Companion is clear that it is not a clinical manual, an assessment or a set of steps that must be followed. The book and activities open a shared space for imagination, curiosity and connection, and the relationship stays the main resource.
No. The materials suggest keeping things fictional for as long as the child wishes, letting the story hold the conversation, and following the child's pace. Pausing, changing the activity or choosing not today are all welcome.
Each practitioner needs their own licence. Choose the number of licences above and the reduced pricing is applied for you: 10% off for 2 to 4, 20% off for 5 to 9 and 30% off for 10 to 24. For 25 or more, ask for a quotation.
After you buy, you see a My licences page. Enter each practitioner's email and they receive their own login. If someone leaves, you can move their licence to another person.
Parts of Me is an educational and creative resource. It supports understanding, conversation and connection, and does not replace professional assessment or therapy when a child needs it.
Because Parts of Me is a digital download that you can open as soon as you buy, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please look through the pages and the list of what is inside before you buy. If a file will not open or download, get in touch and we will put it right.
