What we collect when you buy Parts of Me, why, and who helps us look after it.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, so we can create your account, send your login and receipts, and let you download what you bought.
- For a school or practice, the email addresses you give us for each person you invite to use a licence.
- Your payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Simple visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed and roughly which country visitors are in. These use no cookies and cannot be used to identify you.
- A Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, which helps us understand how people find this site through our ads and lets Meta show our ads to people likely to be interested. It uses cookies and, if you have Facebook or Instagram, may be linked to your account there. This only runs if you accept it in the cookie notice shown when you first visit the site; if you decline, it never loads. You can also change your mind at any time in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought and to help you if something goes wrong.
- To send you your login, welcome email and invoice, and to reply when you get in touch.
- We do not sell your information.
Who helps us look after it
We use trusted services to run this site: Stripe for payments, Supabase for accounts and files, Vercel for hosting, and an email and customer management service for messages. They handle your information only to provide those services.
